Making invisible patterns visible
to drive better decisions.
The digital home of Andrew Komaromy, VP of Software Product Management at Environics Analytics. Exploring the intersection of software, artificial intelligence, location intelligence, and strategic product leadership.
A product leader in the business of finding patterns worth acting on.

Andrew began his career as a software developer, drawn to the craft of turning ambiguous problems into working systems. Over time it became clear that the highest leverage was not in writing more code, but in deciding which problems deserved to be built in the first place.
Today he serves as Vice President of Software Product Management at Environics Analytics, leading the strategy and evolution of enterprise SaaS platforms that help organisations understand consumers, markets, and places at scale.
Outside the day job, Andrew is building Mapping Potential, a platform dedicated to helping leaders and organisations find hidden relationships and build better products through artificial intelligence, spatial analytics, and disciplined product thinking. It brings together essays, video, keynote speaking, and strategic advisory under one voice.
From engineer to strategist to product leader.
A career shaped by a stubborn belief that the most valuable work sits between disciplines, where engineering, geography, analytics, and strategy start to speak the same language.

Deciding What to Build
The most valuable product decision is almost always the one you did not make.

Decoupling Noise from Signals
A working method for reading real customer behaviour when every dashboard is screaming.
